Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding an application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, no later than the last date for objection, stating the grounds for the representation.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
