Submission of the Fylde Council Local Plan to 2032 to the Secretary of State for Examination. Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 Regulations 22(3)(b) and (c). On the 9 December 2016, The Local Plan to 2032 and its supporting documents were submitted for independent examination to the Secretary of State.
The Examination
An Inspector Mrs Yvonne Wright BSc(Hons) Dip TP MSc DMS MRTPI was appointed to undertake an independent examination into the soundness of the Plan.
A Programme Officer Tony Blackburn was appointed to administer the independent examination and assist the Inspector. As the Council have now received the Inspector’s Report his duties have concluded.
