On the 6th December 2021 the Council adopted the Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (incorporating Partial Review).
The Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (incorporating Partial Review) covers the whole of the Borough for the period 2011-2032. It provides the statutory planning framework for the Borough for non-minerals and waste matters.
The Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (incorporating Partial Review) comprises the Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (adopted October 2018) and the revisions to it made through the Partial Review. Details of the Partial Review and the 2018 Local Plan can be viewed on the Partial Review of the Fylde Local Plan to 2032 and Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (adopted October 2018) pages.
The Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (incorporating Partial Review) replaces 9 policies and elements of the supporting text of the Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (adopted October 2018). Those elements of the Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (adopted October 2018) that have not been revised through the Partial Review remain adopted by the Council and are included within the Fylde Local Plan to 2032 (incorporating Partial Review).
