Where can you use a resident parking permit?
The Fylde Resident’s Permit Scheme (FRPS) allows up to two hours parking per day on a single car park. Most Council owned and operated long-stay car parks are included and town-centre short-stay car parks can be used from 9-11am or 3-6pm. The cost of the permit is £30.00 per annum.
Between 1st November and 20th March each year, you will be able to use your permit for up to 4 hours on one of the following Council long-stay car parks:
- North Beach
- North Promenade
- Town Hall (Weekends and Bank Holidays only)
- St Annes Swimming Pool
- Fairhaven Road
- Lytham Station
- Bath Street
- St Paul’s Avenue
- Stanner Bank
2 Hour Maximum Stay
- St Annes Square (9-11am or 3-6pm)
- Wood Street (9-11am or 3-6pm)
- Pleasant Street (9-11am or 3-6pm)
- Dicconson Terrace (9-11am or 3-6pm)
Permits for Lytham Station (£180 per annum) and Pleasant Street (£310 per annum) are available below
Horse box permits
If you wish to load / unload horses on our car parks you can do so at North Beach & Fairhaven Road car parks. You must have 3rd party liability insurance. An administration fee of £20 is charged per year.
Business permits
Business permits are available for Pleasant Street car park. Cost of the permit is £360 per annum.
