From the M6 (use sat nav FY8 4AB)
Leave the M6 at J32 and follow the M55 towards Blackpool to J4. Leave the motorway and take the first exit at the roundabout, (following signs to Lytham St Annes, B5261). At the next roundabout take the second exit, towards Lytham St Annes. At the next roundabout go straight ahead, and at the next roundabout take the third exit into School Rd. At the traffic lights at the T junction with the B5261, turn left. Follow the B5261, go straight ahead at the first set of lights and proceed until you reach the second set of traffic lights. At this set of lights, turn right and immediately left into Regent Avenue where you will find the Cemetery and Crematorium.
From Preston & Blackpool
Follow the A584 (Clifton Drive) to Ansdell. Turn inland into Woodlands Rd (sign posted Ansdell Station). Woodlands Rd comes to a T junction with the B5261. Turn left and take the third right into Regent Avenue.
By Train
The nearest station is Ansdell & Fairhaven some 1 1\2 miles away on the Preston to Blackpool South Line. There is no public telephone at this station but the 2 main local taxi companies will collect you from the station by appointment (Whitesides 01253 711811 & Fylde Taxi’s 01253 711111). It takes around 25 minutes to walk from this station to the main gates.
Taxi ranks are situated near the adjacent stations in Lytham & St Annes on the Sea. These stations are around 3 miles from the Crematorium.
By Bus
The nearest bus stop is on Smithy Lane (Coastal Coaches No. 78 route) around 1 mile from the crematorium. Blackpool Transport No. 11 and Stage Coach Northwest No. 68 run along the bottom of Smith Lane about 1 1\4 miles from the gates.
