Fylde have produced a Gambling Policy Statement (Statement of Principles) which can be found below. Views on the content of this policy were invited from a number of interested parties including representatives of businesses and residents in the borough, local licensing solicitors, youth organisations, gambling industry organisations and associations, gambler support organisations and faith groups.
For the latest version of the Policy, a consultation exercise was conducted between the 17th April 2026 and 29th May 2026 and the final version of Fylde’s Gambling Policy Statement has now been adopted by the Council and may be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
This policy was formally adopted by Fylde Borough Council at a meeting of the Full Council on 23rd September 2026.
