Charity: The Lytham Institute (1186995)
The Commission proposes to make a Scheme (a legal document) for the above charity.
The Scheme will be fully regulating and therefore replaces the charity’s former governing document and changes the purpose to allow the building to be used as a community centre for the benefit of the public in Lytham.
