Instructions on how to tender
Prospective operators are advised to read the lease Heads of Terms. These set out the terms under which the bar/restaurant opportunity is offered but does not form part of the tender documentation.
Each applicant must complete and submit one copy of “Application Form”
You must provide details of Public Liability Insurance to £5.0m
Bids in excess of £20,000 per annum are invited
Please note that short-listed bidders will be invited to an interview to discuss their business plan and suitability in greater detail, before a final decision is made. Fylde Council reserve the right not to accept the highest or any bid for this opportunity
You will need to comply with a minimum Food Hygiene rating to be determined
The Permitted Use will be as a bar / restaurant within Use Class E
The Demise is shown edged red on the plan shown at the bottom of this page
Bids will be evaluated on the following basis:
- Price – 60%
- Business Plan & references – 20%
- Post tender interview if selected – 20%
