NoWcards in Fylde are administrated by Lancashire County Council.
The passes allow for card holders to use buses between 9.30am and 11.oopm Monday to Friday, and all day Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
A list of who is eligible for a older person’s or disabled pass can be found on the NoWcard website.
All completed forms with proof of address, age and/or disability must be sent to:

Do not send original copies of your proof of address, age or disability, as they cannot be retuned. All document will be disposed of securely once the application has been processed.
