A weekly 5km run, starting on the drive beside Lytham Hall. The course is run on a mixture of tarmac paths, gravel paths, woodland trails and grass. This is a free activity but you must register to participate.

MEND is a fun 10 week nutrition and exercise programme for 7-13 year olds who want to learn more about healthy eating and becoming more active. This fantastic programme involves interactive nutrition sessions such as taste testing, supermarket tours, fun recipe ideas and label reading as well as energetic exercise sessions playing fun games such as dodgeball, dancing and football! And the best part is.. its all for free!
