No, provided you subscribe to the collection service as you have already been approved for the assisted collection service this will continue as normal. The assisted collection for your other containers will also continue

Your property is registered on the software used in the collection vehicle.  A new 2024/25 sticker will also be issued for each green bin that you have subscribed for and must be attached as directed.  We will not be able to empty the bin if the sticker has not been attached.

Please allow 2 working days from the date you have subscribed for collections to commence.  Your 2024/25 green bin sticker will be issued within 10 working days.

If you have not received a 2024/25 subscription sticker within 10 working days of subscribing to the service please report this via your Fylde Council account, email listening@fylde.gov.uk or telephone Customer Services on 01253 202599.

If you have lost or damaged your 2024/25 subscription sticker and wish to order a replacement, please do so via the online form.  There is a charge for each replacement sticker.

No, the collection crew will only collect the green bin which has the authorised bin sticker attached.  Any bins presented with a photocopied sticker or any other unauthorised sticker will not be emptied.  If you regularly produce more garden waste than can be accommodated in the subscribed green bin you may wish to pay for the additional container to be emptied.

If you wish to increase the number of green waste subscriptions at your property, please log into your Fylde Council account and follow the process to pay for an additional bin/s using a debit or credit card

The green bin(s) must be left at the property for which you have made the subscription, please do not take the bin(s) to your new address as the subscription is not transferable. If you are moving to an address in the borough and the property has already subscribed, you do not need to do anything.  If you want to join the service at your new address please subscribe and make payment via a debit/credit card

In accordance with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from acknowledgement of the terms and conditions to request a cancellation of service.  We are unable to offer a refund after this 14 day period expires
