A resident may submit one written question for them to ask at an ordinary meeting of Council. The question should not take more than two minutes to ask, and should be received by 4.30pm on the fourth working day before the meeting.
The question will be answered by the leader of the council, or a nominated member. The person who has asked the question may then ask one supplementary question, which must arise out of the answer given to the original question. The member who answered the original question must answer the supplementary question.
