The Council is preparing an updated Local Plan which will plan for development needed in Fylde up to 2042. Therefore, we are seeking to identify sites which could be developed for housing and other uses up to that date. Please complete the form below if you have a site that you think could be suitable for possible allocation in the updated Local Plan. Submitting the form does not in any way commit you to developing the site; it only indicates that you have a possible interest in doing so. There are no limits on site size: the Council is seeking sites from the very smallest to the very largest.

Personal information will be retained by the Council solely for the purposes of the call for sites, the Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA) and site allocation process, and will not be published, nor will it be shared with any third party.
