Important Information

All Building Regulations Applications submitted after the 1st of October 2023 will be subject to the provision of additional information before the application can be validated.  The additional information is necessary due to the amendment of all Building Control applications due to legislation changes.

The Building Regulation application forms will be updated in due course to reflect these amendments.

High risk buildings applications

From 1 October 2023 any building control applications for buildings that meet the high risk building definition can only be submitted directly to the Building Safety Regulator.

For more information on this change visit Health and Safety Executive: Building Safety Regulator.
