We currently deal with 9 out of 10 face to face enquiries at the first point of contact for customers who ‘drop in’ to The Town Hall. For Council Tax and Benefits enquiries and license renewals, please help us reduce waiting times and large gatherings by making an appointment to see a Customer Service Specialist.

Please wear a face mask during your visit and sanitize your hands on arrival. Please do not visit the Town Hall if you have any symptoms of Covid-19.

We are asking for your data to use as part of the Track and Trace programme. We will keep it for 21 days, and will only share it if it becomes necessary, either because someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 has listed the Town Hall as a place they visited recently, or because the Town Hall has been identified as the location of a potential local outbreak of COVID-19.
