Section 106 Agreements
Copies of section 106 agreements are found on Fylde’s website, View Planning Applications at Planning – Fylde Council, they are free to download and get immediately
All agreements can be found in the documents searching on the original planning application reference number, the original development address can also be added to the Location search, this will give the full planning history of the development. For the full site history a search can be made on Location, this should be the original site location of the development.
The Planning Team do not provide copies of Section 106 agreements or Unilateral Obligations as they are all available to view and download on our website.
Your local Authority Search details the relevant planning application number and where these documents will be available, we only confirm if the obligations of the agreement have been satisfied/complied with.
For the research and manual retrieval of Section 106 records/notices where the application reference is not known we will charge and administration fee of £60 per application, this is as per our fees and charges schedule 2025/26.
Section 38 Agreements (and 278 Agreements)
Are issued by Lancashire County Council and contact should be made directly with Lancashire County Council about the status of the agreement and for any copies/further detail on the agreement. Contact S38andS278copies@lancashire.gov.uk
