Subscriptions for the 2020/21 Garden Waste Collection Service delivered by Fylde Council are now open. You can subscribe online by visiting www.fylde.gov.uk/gardenwaste
The service has proven to be extremely popular so far, with over 16,000 subscribers each year.
Cllr Roger Small, Chairman of the Operational Management Committee for Fylde Council said “We are again pleased to offer our green waste subscription scheme for the coming year. I am delighted to be able to report there will again be NO increase in the £30 annual charge, that, in fact has never been increased for as long as the scheme has been in operation. This is because we recognise the positive environmental impact the scheme makes and intend to continue to operate it as cost effectively as possible.”
The subscription service will run from 1st April 2020 – 31st March 2021 with collections suspended over the 2 week Christmas and New Year period.
