The Integrated Assessment identifies the potential impacts of the Fylde Local Plan to 2042 on the environment, community and vitality of the Borough, with a view to promoting a more sustainable plan-making process.
The Integrated Assessment incorporates the following elements:
- Sustainability Appraisal (SA)/ Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)
- Equality Impact Assessment (EqIA)
- Health Impact Assessment (HIA)
- Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA)
Scoping Report
The Integrated Assessment Scoping Report sets out a policy context, baseline information and a ‘framework’ of sustainability issues and objectives and provide a methodological framework for the appraisal of the Local Plan.
