People, clubs and organisations that go above and beyond to encourage and facilitate sport and activity in Fylde are being urged to enter the 2024 Fylde Active Community Awards.
The exciting annual event gives sporting and wellbeing heroes their chance to shine as the borough comes together to celebrate and applaud their efforts.
Hosted by Fylde Council’s Sports Development Team, entries open on Friday 28th June and close on Friday 26th July.
The shortlist will be published on Saturday 23rd August and a glittering awards ceremony will take place at the end of September.
Ian Brookes, Sports Development Officer at Fylde Council, said: “The Fylde Active Community awards are always a highlight on our calendar here at Fylde Council.
“Last year was our most successful yet, with lots of inspirational people and organisations having a wonderful evening.
“As always, we would like to encourage as many people as possible to enter or nominate – you have to be in it to win it!”

- Health and Well Being Award
