Notice has been given that Fylde Borough Council intend, after the expiry of the period mentioned below, to apply to the Secretary of State for Health for confirmation of byelaws made by the Council relating to acupuncture, tattooing, semi-permanent skin-colouring, cosmetic piercing, and electrolysis made under Part (VIII, section 14 and section 15 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.

A copy of the byelaws has been deposited at the offices of the Council at The Town Hall, St Annes Rd West, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 1LW, and is open to public inspection without payment on any weekday during usual office hours for one calendar month from 14.12.2023.
