The Christmas tree planting event will take place at North Beach car park, St Annes, from Tuesday 4 February to Thursday 6 February 2020. Volunteers are always welcome, just turn up on the day between 10am and 3pm.

Green bin collection

We can collect your real Christmas tree in your green bin if you are subscribed to this year’s green waste collection service.  Simply chop up your tree, place it in the green bin (ensuring the lid is closed) and this will be collected for recycling on your next scheduled collection day.

Household Waste Recycling Centre

Real Christmas trees can be recycled at the tip on Saltcotes Road in Lytham. The opening times are 9am to 5pm seven days per week, except Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
