It’s that time of year again when Fylde Council want to hear from you!
In order for us to improve services and ensure we meet your needs, we need feedback on how we are currently performing. This is your opportunity to tell us what works well and what we could improve to make the Borough continue to be an enjoyable place to work and live.
The survey will take no more than 2 minutes to complete and is made up of multiple choice questions with an option to leave further comments if you wish to. There is also the opportunity to be entered into an optional draw to win up to £50 in M&S vouchers by leaving your email address at the end of the survey.
Allan Oldfield, Chief Executive of Fylde Council said: “Fylde residents and visitors have the opportunity to have their say at any time through our online survey, so far almost 5000 responses have been received since we started the residents survey. Whilst the survey asks for feedback on a range of services there is the opportunity to share anything you want, all feedback is used to improve the services we deliver across the Fylde, please take time to have your say”.
